Housestyle is a product of Tekale Ventures, an Australian sole trader business. This notice explains what happens to your information when you use the site.
Your Power BI reports
The scanner, theme builder and KPI measures run entirely in your browser. Report files you choose are read on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. We don't see, store or keep copies of your reports, themes or findings.
Your theme and rule settings are saved in your browser's local storage so they're there next time. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.
The Team waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address
- the role and report count you chose, if any
- the country your request came from, as reported by our host
- the page or campaign that sent you, if known
- when you joined
We use these details only to plan the Team plan and to email you about it. We don't sell or share them. The list is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which may hold data outside Australia.
Brand audit enquiries
If you ask about a brand audit we store your name, email, organisation, the option you chose, your report count, what you wrote, and the country your request came from. We use these only to reply to you and prepare a quote. Reports you later share for an audit are covered by the NDA we sign with you and are deleted once you confirm delivery.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your waitlist details, email [email protected] and we'll action it within 30 days.
